Max Internet Communications, Inc. Retains Investor
Relations Firm and Hires Internal PR Director
DALLAS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- MAX Internet Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MXIP - news) announced
today that it has hired The Pinnacle Group of New York City as its financial relations counsel. The Pinnacle Group is a full
service investor and public relations agency. The Pinnacle Group currently represents over 20 emerging growth companies
including MCY.com, Hollywood.com, NAM Corporation, OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and CEL-SCI Corporation.
Commenting on the announcement, Lawrence R. Biggs, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of MAX Internet Communications, Inc.,

Separately, the Company also announced the appointment of Kristi L. Hoover as Director of Public Relations. Ms. Hoover has
over ten years of experience and expertise in the technology sector of the public relations industry. Most recently, she was
Senior Manager of Public Relations for Nortel Networks, a global leader in telephony, data, wireless and wireline solutions for
the internet, with revenues of over $17.6 billion. She has also held positions at Dallas-based Miller/Shandwick Technologies
and was the public relations and marketing manager for Ernst + Young LLP, a Washington D.C.-based international accounting
and consulting firm.
