Revenues for the six-month period ending March 31, 2000, were $89,195,000, compared with $108,444,000 for the same six month period in fiscal 1999. Net loss for this six-month period excluding a non-recurring charge was $11,047,000 or $0.31 per share, as compared with a profit of $6,948,000 or $0.20 per share, basic and diluted, for the first six months of 1999. Net loss for the six-month period, including non-recurring charge of $5,887,000 or $0.17 per share, was $16,934,000 or $0.48 per share.
