the addition of Mr. Andy Seybold to the UltraCard Inc. Board of Directors.
Mr. Andrew Seybold is the owner and managing editor of Outlook, a leading
publication specialising in wireless communications. He is also responsible for
the foundation of the Wireless Data University, which was established in 1995 as
a wireless tutorial to precede the Cellular Telecommunications Industry
Association's conferences. Mr. Seybold has over 30 years' experience in all
aspects of mobile communications and has been credited with working as
consultant with major companies in the industry, including Microsoft, Apple,
IBM, HP and others.
