The Company wishes to announce the following movements in its
securities:
SHARE PLACEMENT
The third and final placement under its prospectus dated 23rd March
2000 of 3,590,000 fully paid ordinary shares and the same number of
options exercisable at 20 cents each expiring on or before 31 March
2003. The placement raised $718,000.
ISSUE OF OPTIONS
A total of 5,000,000 options, each option entitling the holder to
subscribe for and be allotted one fully paid ordinary share in the
Company. The options will expire on 31 March 2003 and are exercisable
at 20 cents each.
The share placement and issue of options were approved by
shareholders at a general meeting held on 28 March 2000. The options
were issued to directors nominated in the notice convening the
general meeting.
CONVERSION OF OPTIONS
Allotment has been made of 553,275 fully paid ordinary shares
following the exercise of options with an expiry date of 30 June
2000. The exercise price of 25 cents per share raised $138,318.75.
