Tech Data will distribute Boston Acoustics' (Nasdaq: BOSA) line of high-
end computer audio solutions throughout the United States and the United
Kingdom. The manufacturer's Desk Top Audio BA635, BA4800, MicroMedia and
MediaTheater systems provide customers with top-quality multimedia solutions
for resellers looking to build sales in this growing category. Based in
Peabody, Mass., Boston Acoustics is a leading manufacturer and marketer of
innovative, high-performance consumer audio entertainment products for the
home, automotive and computer environments.
Ecrix Corp.
Boulder, Colo.
Ecrix Corp. is an award-winning tape storage manufacturer and developer of

Taeil Distribution Inc.
La Palma, Calif.
Taeil Distribution Inc. (TDI) is redoubling its marketing efforts in the
channel with the signing of a new distribution contract with Tech Data. Under
the terms of the agreement, Tech Data will distribute TDI's line of FDD
(Floppy Disk Drives) and CD-ROM drives to resellers worldwide. A privately
held company, TDI is the sales and marketing arm of Taeil Media Co. Ltd. and
