SEATTLE, Apr 12, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WOWtown.com, Inc. (OTCBB:IWOW), has signed a Partner Agreement with Mamma.com -- The Mother of all Search Engines(TM), and a member of the Intasys Network (Nasdaq:INTA).
The Agreement will significantly enhance WOWtown's online advertising and marketing abilities by providing precisely targeted MP3 and Web Search results for WOWtown's network of community, city-based portals. Both companies will share equally in revenues derived from banner advertising on the Company's portals that are linked through a search using the Mamma.com search engine. WOWtown plans to implement 30 new community portals in cities with population bases greater than 1-million in its first fiscal year.
