In www.clearstation.com wird heftig diskutiert, aber offenbar gibt's nichts Neues:
"This stock is way off from its high but the stock seems to be building a base and wants to move higher.
This doesn't mean that the company won't have to deal with all the lawsuits against them because of the accounting irregularities which were uncovered. However, the actions may or may not have validity and you don't always win in court.
The chart pattern tells me that things seem to be going better for the company right now.
Remember the old saying "Buy low and sell high". This stock is similar to HIFN Inc. which also had an earnings disappointment which caused the stock to drop by 67%. But look at HIFN today and its a whole new story.

Offenbar gibt's nicht neues bezüglich der Klagen gegen die Geschäftsführer, die angeblich Bilanzen übertrieben haben sollen, um den Kurs nach oben zu treiben und dann zu verkaufen. Ich denke, es wird nur immer mehr Anlegern klar, wie kraß unterbewertet diese Aktie ist. Sicherlich, ein Restrisiko läßt sich nicht verleugnen.
Habe außerdem noch folgendes Posting entdeckt:
"...looking at the message boards on yahoo , they are talking of a possible buyout by EMC at 50$ a share."
