Und zwar weniger, weil ich das Unrternehmen für keine aussichtsreiche Unternehmung gehalten habe, sondern weil sich Acuta dadurch wieder dazu bekennt, in erster Line als Inkubaor tätig zu sein, wenn jetzt auch im Gegensatz zu früher mit klarem Fokus auf Cloud-Unternehmen.

Denn viele Investoren, mich eingeschlossen, wussten nicht mehr so genau, ob Actia ein Inkubator oder ein auf vier Beinen auf Dauer agierenders Cloud-Unternehmen ist. Und Unsicherheiten werden nun einmal mit Kursabschlägen bestraft, die u.U. dem Managememt sehr gelegen waren, weil das den Zukauf von Aktien zu niedrigen Kursen durch das Management ermöglichte und den Rückkauf von Aktien durch das  Unternehmen verbilligte.

Auch ein auf vier Beinen stehendes Cloud-Unternehmen hätte ich zwar angesichts der extrem niedrigen Bewertung noch toleriert, aber die stärkere Öffnung zu einem sehr langfristig agierenden Inkubator ist mir angenehmer, weil das meine eigentlichen Kaufintentionen waren und sind.
