Intact Gold nach dem 10:1 Split -

Bin zwar nicht investiert, aber beobachte diese Aktie seit gut einem Jahr - Nachrichten welches dieses Unternehmen liefert sind äußerst rar... Selbst mit steigendem Goldpreis gings immer nach Süden - zock mit Potential oder doch eher ein pleitegeier?

Ich mache mir die Antwort einfach, da die News hier sehr rar sind. Der Split wurde gemacht um die Aktie wieder liquide zu machen und man würde sich die Mühe mit dem Split doch nicht machen, wenn hier die Lichter aus wären.

gutes Beispiel wäre banro 10:1 Splitt letztes Jahr und jetzt pleite - anders Beispiel Transatlantic Mining auch 10:1 Splitt voriges Jahr und jetzt gerade mal bei 0,03 Euro - Monarca Mining 5:1 Splitt auch letztes Jahr und momentan irgendwo bei 0,08 Euro - die letzten 'zwei' sind zwar (noch) nicht pleite, aber der Kurs verrät ja einiges...

der Aktienkurs sagt bekanntlich nichts aus. Die Marktkapitalisierung deiner Beispiele ist auch höher.

Aber davon mal abgesehen, ist es bei diesen Werten doch immer hopp oder top. Wenn das Projekt nichts taugt oder sich keiner findet, der Geld über die Börse oder privat zur Verfügung stellt, ist der Ofen aus.

Was ich komisch finde ist, dass selbst über die Börse in Kanada keine News gemeldet werden. Die Umsätze dort befinden sich auch im Taschengeld-Bereich. Will man erst ein paar Leute über private placements versorgen, bevor man News mit signifikanten Entwicklungen bringt?

Gibt es tatsächlich noch Leute die über Intact Gold etwas zu berichten haben ? Scheint so.

March 2, 2018 – Vancouver, BC - Intact Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ITG) (FSE: 1A5) (the “Company” or “Intact Gold”), is pleased to announce the mobilisation of a UAVMAG crew to the Belleterre Gold Project in Western Quebec.
The crew plans to complete an UAV Magnetic Geophysical survey over the Ortona block which makes up part of the Belleterre project. The magnetic geophysical survey is designed to test for anomalies across the block and will assist in further defining exploration targets. The magnetic survey will be flown by an UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), as an efficient and cost effective method by Pioneer Aerial Surveys.



The Ortona block lies less than 2km North West of the historic Belleterre mine. The Belleterre Mine, which is not part of the Belleterre property and never has been, produced 2,177,400 t @ 10.73 g/t Au and 1.37 g/t Ag from 1936 – 1959.

About the Belleterre Project


The Project comprises 42 claims previously referred to as the Belleterre Extrême-Est, Guillet, and Ortona blocks covering an area of approximately 1,700 hectares. The Project covers part of a greenstone belt measuring 50 kilometres by 10 kilometres and is located fewer than two kilometres from the past producing Belleterre Mine. Previous work on the Project dates back to 1934 and consists of 567 drill holes totalling 65,800m and a bulk sample taken in 2005/2006 from the Lake Expanse gold zone, which returned 11,539 tonnes of 3.28 grams per tonne gold (Thebérge 2014).


In 2007, an estimate of Mineral Resources was produced in the same area of the bulk sample and results were
as follows*:


• Measured: 19,487 tonnes of 2.16 g/t Au
• Indicated: 301,463 tonnes of 2.66 g/t Au
• Inferred: 76,570 tonnes of 2.31 g/t Au

INTACT GOLD ANNOUNCES FINANCING

March 23rd, 2018 – Vancouver, BC - Intact Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ITG) (FSE: 1A5) (the “Company” or “Intact Gold”), announces that it will be arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 12,500,000 Units at a price of $0.16 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share for a period of one year at a price of $0.21.

Finders' fees or commissions may be payable by the company in connection with this private placement.

Proceeds of the placement will be applied to the Company’s properties, potential acquisitions, and general working capital.

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities law. fande ich das Rollback von 10:1. Das hat nämlich die kurzfristige Volatilität rausgenommen.

Bei der kleinen Aktienanzahl kanns schnell hoch gehen.....

im Netz was da aktuell abgeht. Schön ist es ja, aber ich würde schon gern wissen was hinter den Kulissen läuft. Geduld ist angesagt.

...vor der Türe stehen, dann geht die Kuzi ab bei der geringen Anzahl an Shares 5 Mio......

Dafür müssen wohl noch einige Vorarbeiten erledigt werden. Siehe News vom 02. März. Ergebnisse hieraus wären interessant.

Beobachte mal weiter was hier passiert, da ich keine Infos finde.
Volumen ist angestiegen, vielleicht machen jetzt die meisten hier Kasse,
schau mal das ich weiter unten wieder einsteigen kann, falls möglich.

dass der Kurs erstmal nach unten dreht...Börse halt. Wenn die richtigen News kommen, dann....

aber es geht zügig nach oben. Wer ist hier im Forum eigentlich unterwegs?
