GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOIG) announced today public betas of GoBox (Add-On Exchange, Inc.) applications are now available for download at www.gobox.com. Users can now access their free 20GB cloud through multiple ways. Available for download is a unique desktop application for Microsoft's Windows and Internet Explorer. In addition, a comprehensive sidebar and toolbar for Mozilla's Firefox is ready for public use.

John Rafuse, CEO of Add-on Exchange, stated, "After receiving the acclaim of the #1 Favorite Application Programming Interface (API) at the Mashery Lounge at SXSW this year, partly from our unique revenue sharing with developers, we are now thrilled to present some of our own GoBox branded internal applications that showcase the GoBox technology and service. As part of our user acceptance testing we have released public betas of our own applications to let early adopters download, kick the tires and take things for a spin. All the bells and whistles aren't there yet, but as a V1 we are looking to understand metrics, use, and stability to ensure our strategy and vision will be achieved when we deploy our marketing programs and scale-up."

YORK, NY – 06/06/2011 — GoIP Global Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOIG) gab heute bekannt, dass das Unternehmen bei seiner Tochterfirma GO800 LLC eine Umstrukturierung vornehmen werde. Die geplante Umstrukturierung wird eine Fusion von GO800 LLC mit GOBOX beinhalten. GO800 LLC wird als eine Gesellschaft nach dem Recht des Bundesstaats Nevada reorganisiert, zu GoCom Inc. umbenannt werden und weiterhin als ein Tochterunternehmen von GoIP Global Inc. tätig sein. Unter Vorbehalt einer Zustimmung der Aktionäre sowie der Erfüllung gesetzlicher Vorschriften wird GoIP Global möglicherweise eine Ausgliederung von GoCom Inc. als Teil der Umstrukturierung vornehmen.

Die Umstrukturierung soll es GoCom ermöglichen, 2,5 Millionen Dollar für die weitere Entwicklung und Vermarktung von GO800 und GOBOX Produkten aufzubringen. GoCom Inc. wird, wie bereits angekündigt, von John Rafuse geleitet werden. John Rafuse stellt gerade ein Team aus Marketingexperten für GO800 und GOBOX zusammen. Als Teil der Umstrukturierung wird der gegenwärtige Vertrag mit IF Communications nicht verlängert und die gesamte Vermarktung durch soziale Medien und das Internet firmenintern betrieben werden. Man geht davon aus, dass der auf Twitter, Dating und großen Werbeagenturen liegende Marketing-Schwerpunkt von GO800 aufgrund der Neuausrichtung ausgeweitet wird.

Die Werbekampagne “Telephone Numbers are Dead” (Telefonnummern sind Out) von GO800 sorgt weiterhin für Aufmerksamkeit und Nachahmer, wie es schon bei TextMyMarket und anderen der Fall war. Die Behauptung von Intergen, GoIP hätte das Patent des Unternehmens verletzt, ist unbegründet und man wird sich energisch dagegen wehren — Aktionäre werden auf dem Laufenden gehalten
