OPERATIONAL UPDATE

The acquisition of "My Casino" was completed on 5 April 2000.
Application to the Australian Stock Exchange to reinstate the
Company's securities has been done and the Company is expected to
re-list on Monday, 17 April 2000.

Operationally, the online Casino based in Vanuatu is operating very
satisfactorily and is already generating revenue.

Casinos Australasia is committed to providing a fully secure, fully
audited site offering the best odds to serious online players and
very quick response times within an environment regulated to industry
best practices. The gaming software itself is not complex in modern
information technology terms but planned upgrades will enhance
response times and graphics, improve site navigation and provide
additional games, particularly with respect to the Japanese market.

The Sports Betting software is being tested and is expected to be
fully operational by the end of June 2000. The Company has commenced
negotiations with a number of interested user groups in Asia and
Australia.

Negotiations are ongoing with a number of parties regarding the
provision of online services to third parties. Typical of these is
Vanuatu Telephones, which has asked My Casino to provide credit card
processing capabilities in regard to telephone accounts. These
non-gaming E.Commerce applications of the Company's software have the
potential to provide significant additional revenue to the Company at
very low operating cost.

Key additional staff, particularly on the IT side have been
identified and offered contracts of employment. A number of key
positions still remain to be filled and senior executives from the
gaming industry have expressed interest in joining the "My Casino"
management team.

The Directors consider My Casino's management team to be amongst the
best in Australia and look forward to them aggressively developing
the Company activities over the next few months.

CORPORATE UPDATE

A Shareholders' meeting held on 28 March 2000 approved the
acquisition of "My Casino"; the placement of 38 million shares and
attached options; the change of activity for the Company, and a
number of other associated resolutions detailed in the Notice of
Meeting.

Currently 34,410,000 shares and options have been issued under the
terms of the Company's prospectus raising $6,882,000. The acquisition
of the "My Casino" business was completed on 5 April 2000 at which
time 40 million Vendor shares and attached options were issued to
complete the purchase of the business.

Details of the company's issued share capital following these issues,
and the new ASX codes that will apply when the Company's securities
are reinstated on ASX as follows:

Five new Directors were appointed to the Board of the Company at the
Shareholders' meeting held on 28 March 2000 and Mr Gordon McIntosh
has been identified as Managing Director elect of the Company.
Dr Andi Reitmeier has agreed to remain as Chairman of the Company
until a high calibre candidate with appropriate gaming industry
experience has been identified.

Reinstatement of the Company's securities on the Australian Stock
Exchange is expected to occur on Monday, 17 April 2000. Additional
