Group turnover of more than DEM 70m expected in 2000 / annual
surplus to grow by 65 per cent in 1999 / A key role in the DMS growth

Muelheim/Ruhr, 15th September 1999 - EASY Software AG - listed on
the Neuer Markt - has announced updated, estimated figures up to
2001, as shown in August with the publication of the over-target,
half-yearly results. This shows figures revised markedly upwards.
For the current fiscal year, 1999, the EASY Software group expects
an increase in turnover of 55.1 per cent to DEM 46.5m (1998: DEM 30m)
and growth in 2000 to DEM 70.2m. The estimated figures, published in
April on the occasion of the stock market floatation, planned for a
turnover in 1999 of DEM 40m and DEM 58m for 2000, which will be
greatly exceeded.
The DVFA/SG result for 1999 forecasts an annual surplus of DEM
4.6m, which would be equivalent to a profit per share of DEM 0.90 or
Euro 0,46 (1998: DEM 0.53 or Euro 0.27).
The estimates take into account, among others, the take-over by
EASY Software of the document management area of SHD Datentechnik
GmbH&Co. KG in Andernach, the SOLSYS group and the new American
subsidiary EASY Software Inc. Based in Philadelphia.
