Dear Simba Energy Shareholder,

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated November 3, 2016, the Exchange has been advised that the Cease Trade Order issued by the BC Securities Commission (BCSC) dated November 3, 2016 has been revoked.

Effective at the opening, Friday December 16, 2016, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Simba Energy Inc. (SMB – TSX.V)

The TSX will officially release a bulletin later today, Thursday December, 15, 2016 that will clarify the halt being lifted and shares in Simba Energy
will return back to normal trading activity when the TSX Venture Exchange opens tomorrow at 9:30am EST (or 6:30am PST).


Furthermore, on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 the TSX released 2 clarification announcements pertaining to shares for debt. These shares were from the Private Placement that was completed last year, November 2, 2015. The majority of the shares were purchased by insiders, directors and officers of Simba Energy.

Under the rules of the TSX, shares for debt accepted by insiders, directors and officers cannot include a warrant. The original warrants at $.075 per unit that were attached to that Financing have been cancelled.

-The first amount was for 34 Million shares for Essel Group Middle East (EGME)
-The second amount was for 8.1 Million shares for directors and officers of Simba Energy.

This issue has been resolved and accepted by the TSX, IIROC and the BCSC and there will be further clarification by Simba Energy by way of a formal press release.

Denke schon, dass man hier noch ordentlich Gewinn machen kann. Im Juni Beginnen die Bohrungen.
Jetzt wird es erst mal Panik Abverkäufe geben weil die meisten nicht wissen warum der Stopp war.
Wenn sich das beruhigt hat und News kommen geht es auch wieder Berg auf. In den USA hast ein Analyst mal mit einem Kurs von 7$ gerechnet sobald das erste Öl 2017 fließt

CAN ist die Heimatbörse und da hat sich mal nicht viel getan nach der Wiedereröffnung

ist dann doch alles ruhig geblieben. Sehr Gut!

Das wird eine enge Kiste bei 381,989,243 Shares, fürchte ich. :-(

Und die Finanzierung ?

Warrants: Balance, per 30.9.2016 = 103,825,497 zum Preis von $ 0.09 (das sind aktuell 0,064 Euro !)

Wäre mir hier ein viel zu hohes Ausfall-Risiko. Und dann die Warrants... Meine Meinung.

The data interpretation is on track to be completed in the first Quarter which should help to solidify the locations for the first two drilling targets. Simba’s data sets are comprised of historic 2D seismic, IPDS Passive Seismic that was shot in 2012, FTG (Gravity) shot in 2014 and now the latest 2D seismic that was just completed.

Simba and its partner Essel Group (EGME) have begun the preparing for the process of shipping the drilling rig into Kenya. Once the rig has arrived in Kenya it will likely take at least 90 days to mobilize and construct, the drilling target locations are dependent on the interpretation which is designed to locate the first of two exploration drilling programs on block 2-A.

Negotiations in Chad and Guinea continue and there have been recent discussions in Ghana where Simba and its partner EGME are planning on pursuing and finalizing an exploration block later in 2017.

Simba expects news regarding the finalized permit for Liberia and the newly extended exploration acreage to be released within the next two weeks.
