Announcement 29/07/2014 - Outcome of the sale of fractional shares resulting from the reverse split of shares of Attica Bank S.A.

Attica Bank S.A. (the “Bank”) announces that on 28th July 2014, the sale of 8,060 common registered shares of the Bank was completed. The 8,060 shares resulted as fragmental balances from the decrease of number of shares from 244,885,573 common shares to 34,983,653 new common registered shares, (that is, a reverse split ratio of seven existing common, registered shares for one new share), pursuant to the decision of the First Iterative Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on 18.2.2013 and approved by decision Κ2-3624/28.05.2013 of the Hellenic Ministry of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transports and Communications.

The final net result of the sale amounts to 1,094.22 euros (excluding relevant expenses) that corresponds to 0.136 euro per every share.

Beneficiaries of the proceeds from the sale are shareholders, holders of fractional balances, who were registered in the records of the Electronic (Dematerialized) Securities System (DSS) of the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (HELEX) on June 07, 2013 (Record Date).

The proceeds from the sale will be distributed to the beneficiaries as follows:

A) From Monday August 11, 2014
1. Through their respective operators in the D.S.S., to those shareholders who have provided authorization to their respective operators.
2. Through the Bank’s Custody and Financial Operations Support Department, for those shareholders that keep their shares in the special account of the registry.

Β) From Monday August 25, 2014
1. Through the Bank’s Custody and Financial Operations Support Department for those shareholders who have not provided or have revoked the relevant authorization to their operators or for those shareholders who will not receive their proceeds from the sale according to the process mentioned above.

Announcement 04/08/2014 regarding the trading of shares deriving from a share capital increase following the conversion of bond notes into common shares

Attica Bank S.A. announces that on 07/08/2014 commences the trading in the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) of the 4,233,152 new common, registered, bearing voting rights shares that resulted from the Bank's share capital increase by 1,269,945.60 euros, due to the conversion of 4,233,152 notes of the Bank's existing convertible bond loan issued on 2/7/2013, of an initial amount of 199,406,822.10 euros into 4,233,152 new common shares (conversion rate: one bond to one new, common, registered, bearing voting right share of nominal value 0.30 euros- conversion price), according to the decision of the First Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18/2/2013 and the Prospectus approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 3/6/2013.
The abovementioned increase, which does not constitute a direct amendment of the company's Articles of Association, was certified by the Board of Directors on 17/07/2014 and has been registered at the General Electronic Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) of the Hellenic Ministry of Development and Competitiveness.
The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange (ATHEX) approved on 01/08/2014 the admission to trading of the abovementioned 4,233,152 new common, registered bearing voting right shares.
The new shares will be credited to the securities accounts of the beneficiary shareholders at the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on the date of the commencement of trading.
The commencement price for the trading of the Bank's shares on ATHEX on 07/08/2014 shall be determined in accordance with the ATHEX Rulebook and the ATHEX Board of Directors decision No. 26.
Due to the conversion of part of the convertible bond loan, the share capital of the Bank will increase by 1,269,945.60 euros and the number of the common, registered bearing voting right shares will increase by 4,233,152 amounting in total to 1,045,794,145 common, registered shares of 0.30 euros value each. The total voting rights of the common registered shares of the Bank will amount to 1,045,794,145.

Der Spread ist hier leider sehr hoch und deshalb ist eine Investition hier nur auf die längerfristige Zukunft gerichtet.

scheint der griechische Aufschwung im Moment eher verhalten zu sein.
Hier sind über 1 Mrd Aktien ausstehend, wahrscheinlich folgt auch eine Aktienzusammenlegung, dann wäre der Kapitalstock etwa leichter. Marktkapitalisierung der Bank aber hätte bei weiterem Aufholbedarf auch Verbesserung nötig.  

Entwicklung in Griechenland sollte sich aber sicherlich langfristig wieder bessern.

Gut gewählt. Für Attica Bank interessieren sich nur wenige, macht aber nichts.  

bin seit heute auch mit 100K Stk. bei Attika investiert, und glaube nach dem letzten Bericht der Bank bei positiven Ausgang der Griechenlandgeschichte auf gute 0,45 bis 0,50€ bei dieser Bank---reell sind auf jeden fall 0,30 lt. MK. im Mai 2014..!

Attika Bank ist wie alle Griechenland-banken dem selben Risiko ausgesetzt. Durch die Kapitalerhöhung sind immer noch viele Aktien austehend. Es kann sein, dass man hier eventuell sogar noch einen weiteren Reverse Split ausführt. Attika Bank ist aber immer noch eine der solidesten Banken in Griechenland.

..sollte uns ja eigentlich relativ egal sein, da es doch nur positiv auf die Notierungen der Attica auf div. Marktplätzen führt.
Sehe diese Bank auch als eine gute Investition  mit mächtig viel Potenzial bei posit. Lösung an.

Was meinst du mit ausstehenden Aktien der KE....wurde doch schon abgeschlossen und die Stückzahl von 1,045,794,145 Stück ist ja wohl schon endgültig bei einer MK. von  73,205,590.15---oder sehe ich hier etwas falsch..?

Aktien könnte nochmals eine kleine Reduzierung der Aktienanzahl anstehen. Das R/S- Verhältnis wird sicherlich nicht sehr hoch sein.

Langfristig denke ich aber auch eher an Besserung, ob nun R/S hin oder her.

Ich glaube zwischen 0,16 und 0,30€ ist hier möglich, oder greife ich zu hoch..??

jetzt zurück lehnen und auf montag warten was raus kommt und dann sehen was die nächsten wochen bringen

Attica Bank, aber es ist ja stark anzunehmen, dass diese Bank hier sich genauso im Griechenland-Trend bewegt.
