Positive Geschäftsentwicklung bei mb Software
Die mb Software AG hat im 2. Quartal des laufenden
Geschäftsjahres 1999/2000 den Turnaround geschafft. Die
verfügbaren vorläufigen Daten lassen erkennen, dass das
Unternehmen die Gewinnschwelle in dem 2. Quartal wieder
erreicht hat, nachdem im 1. Quartal noch ein Verlust von knapp
1,9 Mio Euro angefallen war. In den kommenden Monaten wird sich
das Ergebnis nach Erwartungen des Vorstandes weiter deutlich
bessern.
Der Umsatz ist nach den vorläufigen Zahlen im 2. Geschäftsquartal
gegenüber dem gleichen Vorjahreszeitraum um rund 10% gestiegen.
Im Vergleich zum 1. Quartal ergibt sich sogar ein Zuwachs von 28%.
Noch nicht enthalten sind darin die neu erworbenen Unternehmen
speedikon Facility Management AG, Cosoba GmbH, Venturis GmbH und
RIB Software ag. Sie werden erst in der zweiten Hälfte des
Geschäftsjahres konsolidiert, nachdem die Hauptversammlung Anfang
Oktober die Zustimmung zu den Akquisitionen gegeben hat.
Das endgültige Ergebnis des 2. Geschäftsquartals wird mb
Software in der zweiten Novemberhälfte veröffentlichen.

Positive business development at mb Software
mb Software AG has accomplished a turnaound in the 2nd quarter
of the current financial year 1999/2000. According to available,
preliminary data, it emerges that the company has reached the
profit zone again in the 2nd quarter whereas, in the 1st Quarter,
a loss of almost 1.9 Mio Euro was incurred. The executive
committee is looking towards a clear profit increase over he
following months.
According to preliminary data, turnover has risen by
approximately 10% in the 2nd financial quarter as compared with
the same period during the previous year. Compared to the 1st
quarter, an increase of 28 % was realized. Not included here
are the newly acquired companies speedikon Facility Management
AG, Cosoba GmbH, Venturis GmbH and RIB Software AG.
Ratification of the new acquisitions having been obtained from
the General stockholders Meeting, held at the beginning of
October, these will not be consolidated until the second half
of the financial year.
The final result of the 2nd financial quarter will be published
by mb Software in the second half of November.
(Note: the current financial year ends on March 31, 2000)
