PROUT AG gewinnt mit BOG den ersten
branchenübergreifenden
Systemintegrator
Darmstadt, 12. Oktober 1999 - Die PROUT AG baut den
Kreis ihrer Vertriebspartner durch ein
Kooperationsabkommen mit der BOG
Informationstechnologie & Services konsequent weiter aus.
Die überregional tätige BOG nimmt damit als erster
branchenübergreifender Systemintegrator die von dem
Darmstädter Spezialisten für elektronische
Formularlösungen entwickelte Software für Laserdrucker in
ihr Dienstleistungsangebot auf. BOG erwirtschaftete mit
410 Mitarbeitern einen Jahresumsatz von 159 Millionen im
Geschäftsjahr 1998/99 und ist zum Navision Solution
Center des Jahres 1999 erklärt worden. Daneben ist BOG
Vertragspartner für SAP R/3 und BAAN. Die am Neuen
Markt notierte PROUT AG verspricht sich von dieser
Zusammenarbeit einen deutlich verstärkten Absatz ihrer
Produktlinie PROUT inForm im Bereich mittelständischer
Unternehmen mit hohem Formularaufkommen.

PROUT AG wins BOG as the first
intersector system integrator
Darmstadt, 12 October 1999 - As part of the continuing
expansion of its circle of sales partners, PROUT AG has
concluded a cooperation agreement with BOG
Informationstechnologie & Services. This makes the
interregional BOG the first intersector system integrator to
incorporate PROUT`s electronic form solutions software for
laser printers into its portfolio. With 410 employees, BOG
generated a revenue of DM 159 Million in the financial year
1998/99 and has been declared the Navision Solution
Center of the year 1999. In addition, BOG is a cooperation
partner for SAP R/3 and BAAN. PROUT AG, which is listed
on the Neuer Markt of the German stock exchange, expects
this cooperation to considerably boost sales of its PROUT
inForm product range to small and medium-sized
companies which use a large volume of forms.
