Effective today, the Company"s stock will trade on The NASDAQ Global Stock Market under the ticker symbol ACTA. The Company"s rebrand reflects the evolution of its model to bring the power of the cloud to vertical markets. With a new brand identity and website (www.actua.com), Actua is emerging as the leading multi-vertical cloud company.
