In a nutshell from Strochak's comments to court, Tranquility reduced their claim and ACCEPTED the POR.

Goulding got caught to the stand for cross-examine by Tranquility lawyer to discuss the overall settlement.

Goulding discussing the cost of litigation and having to set aside the $49MM for the claim.

Not understanding why this lawyer is cross examining Goulding after they have accepted the settlement.

Frank63: JMW (who sounded a little terse) told her to save her argument (I'm assuming for the MBS hearing). So the MBS lawyer said she had nothing else because that was what she had to argue now

The MBS claimants were generally precluded from settlement, and are now trying to tack onto the Tranquility claim
