Denke mal sie wird von meiner Bank wertlos ausgebucht, sollte der Handel bis ende dieses Jahres noch nicht einsetzen... ist mir mit ner anderen Aktie schon mal so passiert

aktuell kein Statement von sich gibt. Ich glaube ihm ist es Wurscht ob die aktie handelbar ist oder nicht...

Ich glaube schon an ein Statement seitens Derek, aber wann, das vermag ich nicht zu sagen

Es kommt ja auch darauf an, wie schnell sich die Mühlen der SEC drehen...und ob kompetente Anwälte engagiert wurden, um diese missliche Lage zu bereinigen

Dann wird es, sicherleich zeitnah, eine Enscheidung geben, die hoffentlich positiv für uns alle ist

Und sollte es nicht weiter gehen, dann spielt Derek glücklicherwiese, beim Thema Abzocke der Aktionäre, in der Kreisliga...das müssten wir ihm dann schon positiv anrechnen

Meine Hoffnung ist noch vorhanden, wir werden sehen...imme positiv Leute :-D

da hätte er deutlich mehr raushollen können

Sorry for my long delay, I have been sick battling a severe case of bronchitis which I get several times per year, so this is the reason behind my delay in response.

The company has provided proof to the SEC of our Ebola app development. In this proof we provided the following information:

Video Demonstration of the working App
Original Contracts of the App ( We were hired to build this for a customer )
Wire Transfer Receipts showing the date of payment which was well before the press release
Login Information to manage the app
Other information about the project.

The company hired a US attorney Mr. Adam Tracy and filed a petition against the suspension.
The company has paid this attorney and we sent this petition in over 2 weeks ago.

At this time we have not heard back from the SEC and our new lawyer who is handling this, has also not heard a response on this case, even after making several recent inquiries.

The company is told it could take several weeks for the SEC to respond to the petition.

Our company has been building many different apps and projects over the last couple of years for various clients, in various sectors and we have always tried to be in with the times of what the market is looking for. Unfortunately, some don't see it that way and bash our company. This is unfortunate, but we are a diversified firm and we have always emphasized that as our strategy.

This situation has caused significant harm to our reputation and has caused substantial damage to what was a solid plan in taking the company forward. At this time everything is on hold until we find out what the future is with our listing.

We do not have any timelines at this time. We have never had any issues in the past with the SEC and we do not know why our stock is not trading.

Our company plans to release the app shortly after consulting with the client who hired us to build it.

“The company would like to notify investors that we have completed the first version of the Ebola app called “Epidemap” for our client Mouse, LLC. On December 20th 2014 we submitted the app to Apple and the app is currently under review. Upon successful review and subsequent release, the app will be run in beta mode.

SEC Suspension



On November 20th 2014 the company was issued a trading suspension by the SEC because of questions around the Ebola app we were hired to build. We hired a securities attorney that deals with these matters and filed a petition. In the petition we provided all contracts, payments and proof of the development of the ebola tracking app including the designs, working source code and back-end login for the apps management system.



On January 4th 2015 we received an email from our attorney stating that he received correspondence from the SEC and provided us a link to the SEC response to our petition. The link is below:

We will continue to fight for our company, reputation and most importantly our shareholders on this matter.



Ongoing projects



Due to our current suspension and the damage that has been caused to our reputation, we have halted all ongoing projects. The company is not in a position to continue forward with the development of internal projects until a decision is made regarding the Ebola project and at that time we will decide what our next corporate steps will be. It has always been our mandate to try and build value for our shareholders by introducing new technologies and enhancing our code repository. The company will evaluate the best way to maximize value from our current code, technologies and licensing agreements. Myriad will continue to work on third-party projects that we are hired to design and develop for.
